The British government has sanctioned Nayara Energy’s Vadinar refinery in Gujarat, co-owned by Russia’s Lukoil and Rosneft. The move, part of the U.K.’s latest sanctions on Moscow, comes just days after Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s trade mission to India.
